By accessing and using Handmadeglowal's rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
Handmadeglowal provides prop and equipment rental services. All rentals are subject to availability and our approval. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Rental periods are specified at the time of booking. Minimum rental periods apply to certain items. All rented props and equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear.
Payment is required in advance for all rentals. Additional fees may apply for delivery, setup, extended rental periods, or damage to rented items. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Renters are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items. Basic insurance is included with all rentals. Additional coverage options are available for high-value items. Handmadeglowal is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental start date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to fees.
Handmadeglowal's liability is limited to the rental value of the items. We are not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses resulting from the use of rented props and equipment.
